I had an appointment with Dr. El-Sayed and Linda today, they were excellent in their care, compassion and medical treatment during my examination. Fertility related examinations are never easy physically or emotionally. I felt Dr. and nurse Linda understood that from a patient perspective. Dr explained what was happening and what we were seeing on the ultrasound. Nurse Linda ensured I was comfortable and relaxed. They were very methodical with their instrument sanitisation, count etc. The results and next steps were explained to me without being rushed and in terms I could understand. Thank you both. This was the first time in this whole process that I felt like someone understood from my view.

I visited Mr El-Sayed for a Hy-Cosy procedure for my NHS fertility investigation following challenges conceiving. Mr El-Sayed made me feel at ease throughout the procedure and explained in detail what would happen, as well as explaining throughout the procedure what the scans were showing. At the end of the procedure, he explained carefully the results and the next steps for our fertility treatment. In a challenging and emotional time the care received and results provided have been reassuring and have provided clarity. Thank you.
